Establishment History

July 29, 2009: Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, formerly known as An Binh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 0103039472 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on July 29, 2009 with a charter capital of 06 billion VND. The Company's core activities mainly focus on the fields of investment, business and real estate development.
May 2013: Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company officially became a member of Thang Long Aviation Services Joint Stock Company, now Taseco Group Joint Stock Company ("Taseco Group") - a multi-industry corporation with the following fields: real estate investment and business, non-aviation services at the nationwide airport system, hotel services, and financial investment.
2017: Completed the project and put into use the Green Park urban area project in Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh province with a scale of 14.05 hectares including 324 shophouse products, townhouses, villas, commercial services and a total investment of 265 billion VND.
January 2018: Taseco Group restructured its business organization. Accordingly, the entire field of investment, business, real estate development and the personnel of related departments and divisions are transferred to Taseco Land to continue implementing real estate projects of Taseco Group and member units in the system.
2021: Successful business implementation of Riverview Luong Son Residential Area Project in Luong Son town, Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province.
January 2023: Complete the project and put into use the Alacarte Ha Long commercial service and apartment complex building with 41 floors, 2 basements and a total investment of more than 2,500 billion VND.
September 20, 2023: Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission to register as a public company.
November 20, 2023: The Company officially received Decision No. 1439/QD-TTg from the Prime Minister on the investment policy of the Dong Van III supporting industrial park infrastructure investment and business project east of Cau Gie - Ninh Binh highway and on November 29, 2023, was granted an Investment Registration Certificate by the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Ha Nam province. The project has a scale of 223 hectares, total investment of 2,320 billion VND and project operation term of 50 years. This is a new business investment field with great potential, hoping to create momentum for Taseco Land to grow steadily and sustainably.
November 28, 2023: The company increased its charter capital to 2,970,000,000,000 VND (according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0104079036 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, changed for the 21st time on November 28, 2023).
December 27, 2023: Hanoi Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 1338/QD-SGDCK on approving the stock trading registration of Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company
January 9, 2024: TAL shares officially traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (UPCoM) with a reference price of 21,000 VND/share.
