Establishment History and development:
- Thuan An Coffee One Member Company Limited is a State-owned enterprise, formerly of the Duc Lap Coffee Union Enterprise (under the Dak Lak Coffee Federation), established in 1978 after the South was completely liberated according to the Party and State's policy of implementing population reform, establishing State-owned enterprises, state-owned Agriculture and Forest Enterprises to take over the regime's facilities. old, carrying out economic construction combined with national defense and security, and working on sedentary farming and settlement for ethnic minorities. In June 1990, the Pharmaceutical Farm was separated and operated under the accounting regime, and in March 1993 the Farm was re-established under Decree 388/ND-HDBT of the Council of Ministers, now the Prime Minister, with independent accounting and operating under the State Enterprise Law. Since then, through many mergers and acquisitions, on July 1, 2010, Decision No. 934/QD-UBND approved the project to convert Thuan An Coffee Company into the full name of our enterprise, Thuan An Coffee Company Limited.
- From a farm with accounting records, the majority of workers were local ethnic minorities, with a small land area, unable to develop and expand, the farm has now become an independent state-owned business accounting enterprise, affirming its position and leading role locally and in the country's multi-sector economy.
