Formation history:
- The Company's predecessor was Architectural Team 304, established on September 10, 1976 under the Department of Real Estate and Public Works Construction of Tan Binh District, with the main task of building and repairing houses and other works in Tan Binh District - Ho Chi Minh City.
- In 1979, due to the request to serve the repair and construction of state agencies and managed by the State, Architectural Team 304 changed its name to Tan Binh District House Repair Construction Team.
- In May 1982, Tan Binh District People's Committee decided to establish Tan Binh House Construction and Repair Enterprise to be on par with the assigned tasks.
- In March 1989, due to the need to serve housing for the people, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee signed a decision to convert the Enterprise into Tan Binh District Housing Development and Trading Company.
- In December 1990, with increasingly expanding tasks and functions, the Company was renamed Tan Binh District Housing Development and Trading Company to suit the needs of social innovation in the market mechanism.
- In 1993, the Company was established under Decision No. 30/QD-UB dated January 19, 1993 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City "For the establishment of State-owned enterprise Tan Binh District Housing Development & Trading Company" under the People's Committee of Tan Binh District".
- In 1998, the Company was transferred from the People's Committee of Tan Binh District to the Saigon Real Estate Corporation (under the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City).
- In 2004, Tan Binh Real Estate Joint Stock Company was an enterprise established in the form of converting from a state-owned enterprise to a joint stock company under Decision No. 5757/QD-UB dated December 31, 2003 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and operating under the Joint Stock Company Business Registration Certificate No. 0303240995 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment. issued by Ho Chi Minh City, first registered on March 31, 2004, registered for the 6th change on April 22, 2014 with an initial charter capital of 13,000,000,000 VND.
- In 2007, the Company made two increases in charter capital from 13 billion to 80.6 billion VND.
- Over many years of operation, the Company has gradually matured, affirmed its reputation and brand in the real estate market and increasingly proven to be one of the potential businesses for development in the field of real estate investment and business in Ho Chi Minh City. The company has twice been awarded the second-class labor medal and many certificates of merit from the Ministry of Construction, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and other departments and agencies.
- On October 24, 2018, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 89/2018/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with the number of first registered securities being 8,060,000 shares
