Establishment History:
- TRACODI is the English abbreviation of the Company's name - Transport and Communication Development Investment Corporation tai (Transport andCommunication Development Investment Corporation), established under Decision Decree No. 1988/QD/TCCB-LD dated October 30, 1990 by the Minister of Transport and Post
- Bui Danh Secretariat.
- On June 16, 1993, the State-owned enterprise Transport Development Investment Company (TRACODI) was re-established under the Ministry of Transport according to Decision No. 1190/QD/TCCB-LD.
- On May 15, 1995, Minister of Transport Bui Danh Luu signed a decision to transfer the original status of the Transport Development Investment Company to be directly under the Construction Company Traffic 6 (CIENCO 6) according to Decision No. 2767/QD/TCCB-LD.
- On July 3, 2000, the Branch of Transport Development Investment Company was established in Da Nang.
- On May 18, 2005, the Prime Minister approved the separation of the entire Tracodi from under the Traffic Construction Company 6 to the People's Committee of Long An province.
- On March 26, 2007, the People's Committee of Long An province approved the plan to convert the Transport Development Investment Company into a Public Development Investment Company Limited Industry and Transport (TRACODI) Co., Ltd.). On June 16, 2007, the Company completed legal procedures officially transformed into an Industrial Development and Investment Investment Company Limited Transportation (TRACODI Co., Ltd.).
- On June 10, 2008, the People's Committee of Long An province and the State Capital Investment and Trading Company signed a Minute of transfer of the right to represent the owner of state capital investing in the Company Investment Phat One Member Limited Liability Company Industrial and Transportation Development from the People's Committee of Long Province An on the State Capital Investment and Trading Company (SCIC).
- On September 22, 2011, the State Capital Investment and Trading Company issued Decision No. 438/QD-DTKDV approving the Company's equitization plan and establishing the Tracodi Equitization Steering Committee, taking the date of enterprise value determination as January 1, 2012.
- On December 11, 2012, the State Capital Investment and Trading Company issued Decision No. 31/QDDKDV. Board of Members on approving the plan and converting the Industrial Development and Transport Investment One-Member LLC into a Joint Stock Company.
- On March 22, 2013, the State Capital Investment and Trading Company issued Decision No. 08/QĐTKDV. Board of Members on adjusting the initial issued share capital structure of the Industrial Development and Transport Investment One-Member Limited Liability Company. Accordingly, the total charter capital is 78.5 billion VND, the State's capital holding structure is 68.01%; Staff is 1.29%; Other shareholders are 30.70%.
- On April 4, 2013, Tracodi officially completed the procedure for converting from a limited liability company to a joint stock company with the new name of Industrial and Transport Development Investment Joint Stock Company download.
- On December 31, 2014, SCIC issued decision No. 783/QD-DTKDV on selling all of the shares holding of 5,339,106 shares at the Industrial and Transport Development Investment Joint Stock Company with total share capital at par value is 53,391,060 VND.
- In early 2015, SCIC completed its divestment in Tracodi, Bamboo Capital acquired 68% of the shares, and holds a controlling stake in Tracodi. After taking over Tracodi in April 2015, Bamboo Capital has comprehensively and strongly restructured Tracodi's business activities.
