• Construction Mechanics Corporation - JSC, formerly known as the Tonkin Local Company, was established in 1899.
• On November 20, 1995, the Minister of Construction issued Decision 993/BXD-TCCB on the establishment of the Construction Mechanical Corporation on the basis of the Union of Construction Mechanical Enterprises.
• The period from 1995 to now is the period of production and business activities of the entire Corporation becoming increasingly stable and developing, although the organizational and operational model has continuously undergone many changes.
• On December 30, 2005, Construction Mechanical Corporation switched to operating under the Parent Company - Subsidiary Company model according to Decision No. 2439/QD-BXD dated December 20, 2005 of the Ministry of Construction.
• In June 2010, the parent company - Construction Mechanical Corporation transformed into a one-member limited liability company according to Decision No. 94/TDSB-HBQT dated June 30, 2010.
• In January 2010, the Prime Minister approved the pilot project to establish the Vietnam Construction Industry Group, transferring the Construction Mechanical Corporation under the Vietnam Construction Industry Group. After more than 2 years of implementation and summarizing lessons learned, in October 2012 the Prime Minister decided to end the pilot implementation of the Vietnam Construction Industry Group model, COMA specialized in transferring the rights and obligations of the State Capital Owner from the Parent Company - Song Be Group to the Ministry of Construction according to Decision No. 915/QB-BXB dated October 18, 2012.
• Continuing to implement the Government's direction on Restructuring State-owned enterprises, the Construction Mechanical Corporation is determined to restructure ineffective business subsidiaries, improve governance within the Corporation, thereby concentrating capital to serve production and business, avoiding scattered investment. Since 2012, the Corporation has focused on directing the construction of the "Corporation Restructuring Project", in which the main task is to continue equitizing the remaining units and the Parent Company - the Corporation on the basis of divestment and transfer of shares in a number of companies, specifically Nam Dinh Construction and Materials Mechanical Joint Stock Company - COMA 19, Construction Mechanical Joint Stock Company No. 4 -COMA 4, Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company and Mechanical Development - COMA Eng, Dong Banh Cement Joint Stock Company, Huong Son Hydropower Joint Stock Company.
• On December 23, 2015, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 2368/QB-TTg on approving the Equitization Plan and specializing into a joint stock company of the Parent Company - Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company.
• On March 9, 2016, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 211/QB-BXB on Implementing the initial sale of shares of the Parent Company - Construction Mechanical Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company.
• On July 11, 2016, Hanoi Stock Exchange organized an auction to sell shares for the initial public offering of Construction Mechanical Corporation.
• On October 18, 2016, Construction Mechanical Corporation held a General Meeting of Shareholders to establish a Joint Stock Company.
• On November 8, 2016, Construction Mechanical Corporation - Joint Stock Company officially came into operation under the model of a Joint Stock Company according to business registration certificate No. 0100106553 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City for the 5th change.

- Consulting on mechanical design and construction;

- Fabrication and installation of steel structures and non-standard equipment such as: Fan casings, boiler casings, gas pipelines, electrostatic precipitators, bag dust filters, steel structures, super heavy duty steel beams, large capacity tanks, high pressure tanks for industrial projects;

- Fabrication and installation of pressure equipment, heat exchange equipment with capacity up to 400m3³ and pressure up to 12 Mpa;

- Design, manufacture and install lifting equipment such as: Bridge cranes, portal cranes, tower cranes, hoists of all types with lifting capacity up to 500T;

- Manufacturing equipment for Cement Plants such as: Vertical mill casing, stacker, spreader...;

- Fabrication and installation of steel electric poles and microwave poles;

- Fabrication and installation of hydraulic mechanical equipment and pressure pipes for hydroelectric plants.

- Fabrication and installation of continuous transport equipment systems: Conveyors, buckets, screw conveyors...;

- Fabrication and installation of equipment for the construction materials industry, especially fired brick and Block brick equipment lines;

- Installation of complete systems and equipment including systems: measurement and control systems, power supply systems, water supply systems, firefighting systems, air conditioning systems, ventilation systems for buildings;

- Producing mechanical products to serve the electricity industry including: medium and low voltage switchboards, integrated transformer stations, kiosks, electric meter boxes, lighting cabinets, control cabinets and mechanical products related to the electricity industry;

- Design, manufacture and erect spatial roof trusses for all apertures;

- EPC general contractor for construction investment projects, mechanical development, construction materials, telecommunications infrastructure, oil and gas, industrial civil projects;

- Fabrication and installation of shaped aluminum frames, installation of glass doors of all kinds;

- Construction of industrial and civil construction projects;

- Producing all kinds of locks, water meters and molded products;

- Import-export business, supply and transportation of equipment and supplies;

- Real estate business;

- Services for sending workers to work abroad;

- Prepare total estimates and verify designs and total estimates of projects; Bidding consulting on design, construction and installation, supply of materials and equipment; project management; construction supervision.
