- Taicera Ceramics Industry Joint Stock Company was established in 1994 by 20 Taiwanese shareholders under license 764/GP issued by the State Committee for Investment Cooperation, now the Ministry of Planning and Investment, on January 11, 1994
- Total initial investment capital is USD19,500,000, of which legal capital is USD8,500,000. The registration period is 30 years
- Realizing the business opportunity, the company increased the time limit to 50 years, adjusted and supplemented capital as well as areas of operation
- On April 15, 2003, the Vietnamese government issued Decree 38 allowing foreign-invested companies to convert to joint stock companies operating under the Enterprise Law
- On August 9, 2005, according to license No. 764CPH/GP issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the company officially became a joint stock company.
- The company began listing with the code TCR on December 29, 2006 on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. Consulting organization: Saigon Securities Joint Stock Company.
