Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- On December 13, 2009, based on the merger of Tan Cang Warehouse Enterprise and Cat Lai Warehouse Enterprise, the Navy Commander decided to establish Tan Cang Logistics Joint Stock Company. Saigon Newport Corporation Limited is the representative holding 100% state capital at Tan Cang Logistics Joint Stock Company;
- On January 4, 2010, the Company officially operated in the form of a Joint Stock Company under Business Registration License No. 0309532497 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City;
- On January 25, 2010, Tan Cang Logistics Joint Stock Company held a launching ceremony based on the merger of Tan Cang Warehouse Enterprise and Cat Lai Warehouse Enterprise;
- On September 16, 2010, Cat Lai Logistics Joint Stock Company was established - a member company of Tan Cang Logistics Joint Stock Company;
- In 2011, construction of a new 18,000 m2 imported CFS warehouse was carried out;
- On August 26, 2014, Tan Cang Hiep Luc Joint Stock Company opened - a member company of Tan Cang Logistics Joint Stock Company;
- On December 12, 2014, Tan Cang Depot opened, celebrated its 5th anniversary and received the 3rd class Labor Medal;
- May 9, 2015, began operating the new modern 2-story CFS warehouse;
- On January 4, 2016, Tan Cang Fuel Joint Stock Company was established.
