- Binh Duong Business and Development Joint Stock Company was established on the basis of equitization of the wholesale and retail business department under the Investment and Development Trading Company (Becamex IDC Corp) according to Decision No. 30/2002/QD-UB dated March 20, 2002 of the Chairman of UNBB Binh Duong province.
- The company was established with an initial charter capital of 2.5 billion VND, currently the Company's charter capital is 200,000,000,000 VND, of which the State capital accounts for 60.7% of the charter capital.
