Establishment History:
- In 1992: At the time of establishment, the Company was a State-owned enterprise with the name Thu Duc Housing Management & Development Company
- In 1996: The company expanded its operational functions and changed its name to Thu Duc Industrial Park Housing and Service Development Company
- In 2000: The company transferred to Thu Duc Housing Development Joint Stock Company, on the legal basis: Establishment Decision No. 7967/QDUBCNN dated November 24, 2000 of the City People's Committee. Ho Chi Minh; Business registration certificate No. 4103000457 dated June 15, 2001 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City
- Initial charter capital: 15,000,000,000 VND (Fifteen billion VND). State capital contribution structure: Accounts for 20% of total charter capital
- In 2003: The Company's State capital was transferred from the Department of Finance to the City Urban Development Investment Fund for management
- In 2005: ThuDuc House doubled its charter capital to 30,000,000,000 VND (Thirty billion VND)
- Year 2006: On June 5, 2006 ThuDuc House registered to change its charter capital to 100,000,000,000 VND (One hundred billion VND)
- From July 15, 2006, ThuDuc House continued to increase its charter capital by 70,000,000,000 VND (Seventy billion VND) bringing the total charter capital of the Company to 170,000,000,000 VND (One hundred and seventy billion VND).
- The company began listing with the stock code TDH on December 14, 2006 on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. Consulting organization: Ho Chi Minh City Securities Joint Stock Company. Independent audit: accounting and auditing financial consulting services company (AASC).
