Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Thanh Hoa Beer Factory, is a state-owned enterprise established under Decision No. 220 QD/UBTH dated February 21, 1989 by Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
In March 1996, Thanh Hoa Brewery transformed into Thanh Hoa Beer Company according to decision No. 446 TC/UBTH.
In 2001, Thanh Hoa Beer Company was an independent accounting member of Vietnam Alcohol - Beer - Beverage Corporation in Decision No. 0348/QD-BCN dated February 16, 2001 by the Minister of Industry
In May 2003, Thanh Hoa Beer Company became a member of Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation (Habeco) according to Decision No. 75/2003/QD - BCN of the Minister of Industry
According to the policy of equitizing member units in Hanoi Alcohol-Beer-Beverage Corporation on April 1, 2004, Thanh Hoa Beer Company transformed into Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 246/2003/QD-BCN.
In 2006, Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company established a subsidiary: Hanoi-Thanh Hoa Beer Trading Joint Stock Company.
01/07/2006: THB increased charter capital from 57.72 billion to 63.12 billion VND
In early 2007, the Company established Thanh Hoa Hotel branch.
May 2007: THB increased its charter capital from 63.12 billion to 114.24 billion VND.
In July 2007, the Company contributed capital to establish Thanh Hoa Beverage Joint Stock Company.
In May 2008, the Company contributed capital to establish Thanh Hoa - Nghi Son Beer Joint Stock Company.
On November 19, 2008, shares of Thanh Hoa Beer Company were officially listed and traded on HNX with the stock code THB
