Tu Hai Ha Nam Co., Ltd. has been registered to operate with Business Registration Certificate No. 0700519785 issued by the Business Registration Office - Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Nam province for the first time on December 29, 2010, initial charter capital is 10 billion VND, main business activities are processing and importing and exporting textiles and garments.
In 2020, with the development of products for different markets, technological requirements, and meeting the requirements of new models, the problem was identified and it was extremely urgent to expand the company's scale to meet the market in a diverse way, bringing customers the most satisfaction. By August 2023, after determining the development direction, grasping the domestic and foreign market situation, along with the experience it has in the field and the Company is operating, the Company decided to increase its charter capital to 92,450,000,000 VND to increase the scale of business activities to meet market needs.
In 2023, the Company conducted an initial public offering of shares to convert a limited liability company into a joint stock company according to the Initial Public Offering Registration Certificate No. 32/GCN-UBCK dated February 16, 2023 of the State Securities Commission. The results of the offering were confirmed by the State Securities Commission in Official Dispatch No. 2462/UBCK-QLCB dated May 9, 2023. The successful offering helped the Company increase its charter capital from 92.45 billion VND to 110.48 billion VND, thereby officially becoming a joint stock company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0700519785 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Nam province for the 7th change on May 19, 2023.
On June 9, 2023, Tu Hai Ha Nam Joint Stock Company registered securities at the Vietnam Securities Depository according to Securities Registration Certificate No. 04/2023/GCNCP-VSD with the stock code THM, the number of registered shares is 11,048,000 shares
