Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Frozen factory 32, was established in 1987 with an initial charter capital of 17,000,000 VND along with a number of old and outdated machines and equipment.
- In the period from 1988 to 1992, facing the need to expand and develop production to produce many high-quality products, meeting the requirements of market expansion,
- After nearly a year of construction, in 1993, the factory began operating and also at this time, thanks to the investment and opening policies of the Party and State, for the first time the Company was allowed to export directly abroad, creating conditions to gradually maintain and develop the market.
- In 1994, Thuan Phuoc Fisheries and Trading Company was established on the basis of frozen enterprise 32 with a business capital of 14.3 billion VND.
- In 2003, the production and business situation had a major change in scale, on November 22, 2002, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Decision No.: 120/2002/QD-UBND "On the merger of Da Nang Beer Company into the Fisheries and Trade Company Thuan Phuoc Trade" to form a large company in the field of export processing and at the same time prepare to relocate the factory to the industrial park.
- 2007 marked a major turning point for Thuan Phuoc Fisheries and Trading Company in equitization and officially named Thuan Phuoc Fisheries and Trading Joint Stock Company with an initial charter capital of 36,000,000,000 VND. To date, after 2 capital increases, the company's charter capital is 72,039,950,000 VND.
- On September 30, 2019, Thuan Phuoc Fisheries and Trading Joint Stock Company was granted securities registration certificate No. 44/2019/GCNCP-VSD by VSD, number of registered securities: 7,203,995 shares.
