Establishment History
- Thanh Hoa Song Da Joint Stock Company was formerly known as Thanh Hoa Technology Products Company, a joint stock incorporated according to Decree 64/CP of the Government.
- On September 15, 2003, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee approved Decision No. 2941/QDD/UB on converting to convert Thanh Hoa Technology Products Company into a joint stock company with the charter capital of 5 billion VND, named as ThanhHoa Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.
- Due to the urgent need to invest in building facilities and expanding production and business activities, in May 2004, Thanh Hoa Trading and Service Joint Stock Company and Song Da Corporation contributed established capital of Thanh Hoa Song Da Joint Stock Company (Thanh Hoa Trading and Service Joint Stock Company Hoa ceased operations) with a charter capital of 10.1 billion VND, of which Song Da Corporation holds 51%.
- Since its establishment, the Company has undergone two increases in charter capital. As of 2010, the Company officially recorded a charter capital of 30 billion VND.
- Date of registration to become a public company: April 12, 2008
- Date of listing company shares on Hanoi Stock Exchange: November 5, 2013
