Establishment History:
- Formerly known as Dong Nai General Production and Business Services Company (PROSECO), established on September 7, 1989 with the main goal and mission of organizing production and business, contributing revenue to the State Budget and local Party Budget.
- On December 22, 1992, the Company transformed into Tin Nghia Company Limited according to Decision No. 09/QD.UBT of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee.
- On August 6, 1994, the Company transformed into a state-owned enterprise Tin Nghia Company according to Decision No. 1828/QD.UBT of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee.
- On October 19, 2004, the state-owned enterprise Tin Nghia Company converted into Tin Nghia LLC according to Decision No. 432/QD-TU of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.
- On March 31, 2006, the Company converted to operate under the model "Parent company - Subsidiary company" according to Decision No. 18b-QD/TU of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.
- On March 11, 2009, Tin Nghia Company Limited converted its operations to the Corporation model according to Decision No. 526/QD-TU of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.
- On July 22, 2010, the Company transformed into Tin Nghia Corporation operating under the parent company - subsidiary model according to Decision No. 778/QD-TU of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.
- On May 12, 2016, the Company successfully organized the General Meeting of Shareholders to establish a Joint Stock Company.
- On May 18, 2016, Tin Nghia Corporation Limited was converted into a Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 3600283394, first registered on November 3, 2004 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai Province and changed for the second time. 18 on August 15, 2016 with charter capital of 1,558,000,000,000 VND..
- On August 22, 2016, Tin Nghia Corporation Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission for registration as a public company according to Official Letter No. 5584/UBCK-GSĐC.
- On September 7, 2017, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 173/2017/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with the total number of shares registered for the first time being 155,800,000 shares, registered for change once a day. July 27, 2018 with a total number of 200,000,000 shares and the stock code is TID.
- On July 11, 2018, the Corporation successfully offered 36,450,000 shares to existing shareholders and 7,750,000 shares to employees at the offering price of 10,000 VND/share to increase charter capital from 1,558,000,000,000 VND to 2,000,000,000,000 VND.
