- - Transport and Trade Services Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Cargo and Passenger Transport Services Enterprise, belongs to Sea Transport Company III, a member of Vietnam National Shipping Lines, and was equitized under Decision No. 3287/1999/QD – BGTVT dated December 30, 1999 of the Ministry of Transport.
- - The company was granted Business Registration Certificate No. 0203000006 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong City on March 31, 2000 and officially went into operation on April 1, 2000. with a charter capital of 4 billion VND, of which State capital represented by Vietnam Maritime Corporation accounts for 30%, capital from other shareholders accounts for 70%.
- On December 12, 2007, Hanoi Stock Exchange Center issued certificate No. 368/ DKGD allowing the Company to "register for stock trading at Hanoi Stock Exchange Center from December 12, 2007." 2007” with stock code TJC.
- The Company's shares were officially traded for the first time on December 17, 2007.
