Foundation history:
- The Company's predecessor was Tan Ky Construction - Services Company Limited, business registration number 071766, issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on May 12, 1999;
- On March 15, 2007, the Company officially transformed into a Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 4103006214; Registered for the 10th change on July 13, 2009 according to the new Business Registration Certificate No. 0301725747 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City;
- On September 26, 2009, the Company qualified to become a public company and carried out registration procedures with the State Securities Commission according to regulations.
- December 1, 2009, listed shares on Hanoi Stock Exchange
- On November 16, 2010, increased charter capital from 60.5 billion to 95.198 billion VND in the form of: 2009 dividend in shares, issued to existing shareholders, issued to employees.
- December 20, 2011: Increased charter capital from VND 95,158 billion to VND 104,067 billion through stock dividends.
- September 10, 2015: increased charter capital from 104,067 billion VND to 113,822 billion VND in the form of: paying bonus shares due to increasing share capital from equity sources.
