Establishment History:
- TransimexSaigon Joint Stock Company is a state-owned enterprise, established in 1983. From January 1, 2000, the Company transformed into a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 989/QDTTg dated October 26, 1999 of the Prime Minister and according to business registration number: 0301874259, issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on April 10, 2013, registered for the 22nd change.
- On August 4, 2000, the Company's shares were officially listed at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange Center.
- During 30 years of operation, TransimexSaigon is considered a successful enterprise in the field of foreign trade logistics. The company has an average annual growth rate of 10% to 15%
- The Company's port warehouse center with a total area of more than 90,000 square meters is located in Truong Tho ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City. The company has branches in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang and representative offices in Dong Nai, Binh Duong.
- Since 1999, Transimex-Saigon has officially been a member of the FIATA, VIFFAS, and VCCI Associations and joined the IATA Association since 2000.

- Year 2013 April 11, 2013: Completed the Transimex Distribution Center project (Transimex DC) and put it into operation. April 10, 2013: Changed the Company name to Transimex-Saigon Joint Stock Company August 2013: Became the exclusive agent for Dongjin Shipping Line (Korea) - Exploiting routes transporting import and export goods from Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand to Vietnam and vice versa.
- Year 2014: Transimex-Saigon was ranked as one of the 50 most effective business companies in Vietnam in 2014 11/2014: Opening of the Transimex-Saigon 172 ship, with a tonnage of 2,200 tons/128 teu 11/2014: Dongjin Shipping (TransimexSaigon is the exclusive agent) welcomes the Cape Forby ship to HCM for the first time, the ship has a total tonnage of 1,000 TEU, exploiting a new service called NTX connecting the economies of Thailand, Vietnam and Korea. September 2014: Transimex-Saigon was granted Investment Certificate No. 413 041 000080 by the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, investment project of Bonded Warehouse and Logistics Services of High-Tech Park. Establishment of Transimex Hi Tech Park Logistics One Member LLC April 2014: Opening of the Transimex-Saigon 09 ship, with a tonnage of 1,700 tons/84 teu
- Year 2015, CONSTRUCTION OF TRANSIMEX LOGISTICS CENTER, HCMC Hi-Tech Park. HCM. November 2015: Opening of the Transimex- Saigon 68 ship, with a tonnage of 3,000 tons/ 128 TEU. September 2015: Completed the Transimex Da Nang Logistics Center project and put it into operation. August 2015: Started construction of Transimex Logistics Center Hi-Tech Park in Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park. Total area: 100,000 m2. Total investment capital: 510,000,000,000 VND. August 2015: Participated in contributing capital to establish Hai An Container Transport Company Limited, capital contribution value: 40,000,000,000 VND. June 2015: Hanoi Branch Office moved to No. 23, Tran Xuan Soan Street, Ngo Thi Nham Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City. April 2015: Started construction of Transimex Da Nang Logistics Center. Total area: 16,000 m2, total investment capital: 34 billion VND. April 2015: Merged the Business Development Department and the Marketing Department into the Sales - Marketing Department. January 2015: Opening of the Transimex 18 ship, with a capacity of 3,000 tons/ 128 TEU.
- 2016 INAUGURATION OF TRANSIMEX LOGISTICS CENTER, City Hi-Tech Park. HCM 2016: Transimex was ranked in the top 500 Vietnamese Large Enterprises in 2016 (VNR500) voted by Vietnam Evaluation Report Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Report), in conjunction with VietnamNet Newspaper. December 2016: Dongjin Shippin shipping line (Transimex as agent) welcomed the Dongjin Aube ship to Hai Phong for the first time. November 2016: Voted as an Enterprise meeting information disclosure standards in 2016 according to a comprehensive survey by the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE) and Tai Viet Joint Stock Company (Vietstock.vn). August 2016: Re-evaluated and granted ISO9001:2015 certificate by SGS. 05/2016: Opening of the barge Transimex 79. 04/2016: Inauguration of Transimex Logistics Center Hi-Tech Park - City. Ho Chi Minh. March 2016: Became a strategic shareholder of Cholimex (MCK: CLX).
