- TMT Automobile Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Transportation Mechanical Equipment and Supplies Company, belongs to the Department of Mechanical Engineering - Ministry of Transport, established on October 27, 1976.
- On April 14, 2006, the Ministry of Transport issued Decision No. 870/QD-BGTVT approving the plan and converting the Company's operating model into a Joint Stock Company. The Company's charter capital is 25,000,000,000 VND.
- The company officially operates under the model of a Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0103014956 dated December 14, 2006
- Since operating under the Joint Stock Company model, the Company has increased its charter capital 3 times from 25 billion VND to 125.775 billion VND.
