- Thong Nhat Rubber Company was established under Decision No. 97/QDUBT dated November 5, 1991 and then re-established as a State Enterprise under Decision No. 20/QDUBT dated December 5, 1992 of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. Cong The company is under the direct State management of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.
- On June 26, 2007, Thong Nhat Rubber Company officially operated as a joint stock company to implement Decision No. 4993/QDUB, dated December 23, 2005 of the People's Committee of Ba RiaVung Tau province.
