Timeline of Establishment & Development :
- Transimex Transport Joint Stock Company was converted from Foreign Trade Transport and Forwarding Company Limited, formerly the transport department of TRANSIMEX-SAIGON Company (now Transimex Joint Stock Company). In March 2009, TRANSIMEX-SAIGON decided to separate the transportation department to establish Foreign Trade Transport and Forwarding Company Limited;
- The company officially transformed into a Joint Stock Company with the name Transimex Transport Joint Stock Company (TMS-TRANS), registered for the 8th change on November 23, 2016 with charter capital of 54,950,000,000 VND;
- On February 27, 2017, the Company successfully organized the General Meeting of Shareholders to establish;
- On May 23, 2017, Transimex Transportation Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission for registration as a public company;
- On June 29, 2017, the Company was granted a Certificate of Securities Registration by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with a total number of registered shares of 5,495,000 shares
