Establishment History:
- Tan Dai Hung Plastic Company was established in 1984, starting as a small private production facility with only 5 workers, specializing in the production of recycled PP packaging to supply chemical and fertilizer factories in the Ho Chi Minh City market and surrounding areas.
- In 2001, Tan Dai Hung Co., Ltd. transformed into Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company, charter capital of 20 billion VND.
- In 2003, the Company increased its charter capital to 28.6 billion VND. Among them, Mekong Enterprise Fund,. Ltd holds 29% and has supported the Company in a number of aspects in developing management capacity.
- In early 2006, the Company increased its charter capital to 45 billion VND.
- In May 2007, the Company increased its capital to 104 billion VND with the purpose of continuing to invest in more machinery and equipment to produce products to supply to the US and Canadian markets, which have large orders for PP packaging, geological fabrics, and agricultural covering fabrics.
Line of business:
- Production, trading of PP, PE, PET plastic packaging (except waste recycling).
- Producing and processing rubber products (not operating at the headquarters).
- Buying and selling plastic products, plastic raw materials, pigments, machinery, equipment and spare parts for the agriculture, forestry and fishery industry.
