History of sound:
- Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company was formerly a French rubber plantation. In April 1945, it was taken over by the revolution and named Tay Ninh State Rubber Farm. In 1981, the Farm was upgraded to a Company named Tay Ninh Rubber Company. On March 27, 1987, the General Department of Rubber of Vietnam signed a decision to convert Tay Ninh Rubber Company into Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Enterprise and on March 4, 1993, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry signed a decision to convert Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Enterprise into Tay Ninh Rubber Company.
- On May 27, 2004, the Prime Minister signed a decision to convert Tay Ninh Rubber Company into a single-member limited liability company operating under the Enterprise Law and officially put into operation from January 1, 2005. On February 15, 2006, the Prime Minister decided to approve the project to reorganize and renovate the state-owned farms under the Vietnam Rubber Corporation, including Tay Ninh Rubber One Member LLC. Then, according to Decree 187/2004/ND-CP dated November 16, 2004 of the Government, the Company chose the form of "Selling part of the existing State capital at the enterprise" according to Decision No. 3549/QD-DMDN dated November 21, 2006.
- With Business Registration Certificate No. 4503000058 dated December 28, 2006, Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company has officially transformed into a joint stock company.
- The company began listing with the stock code TRC on July 24, 2007 on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. Consulting organization: Rubber Securities Joint Stock Company. Independent audit: accounting and auditing financial consulting company (AASC) - Ho Chi Minh City branch.
- 2012: Deployment of rubber planting project in the Kingdom of Cambodia
- 2014 The Ministry of Planning and Investment licensed the Certificate of Overseas Investment No. 682/BKHDT-ĐTRNN dated February 8, 2014 to Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company to directly invest in the project in the Kingdom of Cambodia
