Establishment History and Development

On January 26, 1996, the Sea Transport and Maritime Services Enterprise was established on the basis of separating the original VIETRANSCIMEX Transport Enterprise, directly under VIETRANSCIMEX Corporation - Ministry of Transport.
January 15, 2006: Converted Sea Transport and Maritime Services Enterprise to Transport and Maritime Services Joint Stock Company. This event is an important milestone, marking a new turning point in the company's development direction. Registered charter capital is 4.6 billion VND.
2011 Pre-tax profit exceeded 1 million USD for the first time. Putting into operation the second Warehouse Distribution and Service Center in Hanoi.
2012 Increased Charter Capital to 14,753,170,000 VND. Inauguration of new headquarters at 34 Nguyen Thi Nghia, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
2013 Official member of Vietnam Forwarding Association (VLA). Received quality certification "International Quality Crown Award- Gold Category" - issued by Business Initiative Directions (London). Putting into operation the 3rd Warehouse Distribution and Service Center in Binh Duong Province.
2014 Increase Charter Capital to 22,129,760,000 VND.
