Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- On May 19, 1965, Group 32 - the predecessor of Brigade 532, was established in Phuc Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province. Group 32 was established to strengthen the army and proactively crush the escalation of the invading enemy. This is a mixed artillery unit, affiliated with Military Region 4, Group 32 has the experience of working with the army and people of Military Region 4 to create a strong defense position for key points on the transportation route, the airspace of the northern sea of Nghe An province, building and connecting battlefields and firepower types of local militia to create a continuous anti-aircraft fire network in each area.
- In January 1971, Group 32 was transferred to the task of building a petroleum pipeline to strengthen the force for the construction of the pipeline running along Truong Son. The delegation practiced building the East Truong Son pipeline, connecting the pipeline from Road 12 along Road 15 to Bo Trach and the West Truong Son route following Road 20 straight to Laos.
- In April 1989, Truong Son Construction Corporation was established on the basis of the forces of the 12th Army Corps, accordingly, Regiment 532 was transformed into a State-owned enterprise and had the economic name of Material and Transport Supply Enterprise 532.
- In June 1993, implementing the Prime Minister's policy of arranging and innovating state-owned enterprises, the Ministry of National Defense issued a decision to re-establish state-owned enterprises. Materials - Transportation Supply Enterprise 532 converted into Materials, Transportation and Construction Company 532 under Truong Son Construction Corporation.
- In April 1997, the Minister of National Defense decided to change the name from Materials, Transportation and Construction Company 532 to Company 532, which is one of 14 class 1 enterprises of Truong Son Construction Corporation. In terms of military, Company 532 still carries the title of Regiment 532, directly under Army Corps 12 - Ministry of National Defense. In September 2000, Regiment 532 changed its designation to Road and Bridge Engineer Brigade 532.
- In September 2012, according to Decision No. 3598/QD-BQP, Company 532 was changed to Company Limited 532 and operates under Business Registration Certificate No. 0401524441 issued for the first time by the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City. early January 7, 2013.
