- The Saigon Railway Signal Information Section was established under Decision No. 107/TC-LDTL dated April 28, 1979 of the General Department of Railways, is the basic production unit of the General Department of Railways, placed under the direct leadership and direction of Railway District 3 and under the leadership and direction of the General Department of Railways. - The Saigon Railway Information Center section was changed to the Information Information Center Enterprise No. 5 according to Decision No. 883/DS-TC dated November 30, 1983 of the Railway Station; under the management scope from Saigon to south of Dieu Tri station;
- In 1998, according to Decision No. 882 dated April 17, 1998 of the Ministry of Transport, on the establishment of state-owned enterprises operating in public service; Ho Chi Minh City Railway Signal Information Enterprise was renamed Saigon Railway Information and Communication Enterprise under the Vietnam Railway Union, established on the basis of conversion into an economic service unit;
- Saigon Railway Signal Information Company, a member unit of Vietnam Railway Corporation, was converted into Saigon Railway TTTH one-member limited liability company according to Decision No. 1209/QD-DS, dated September 24, 2010 of the Board of Members of Vietnam Railway Corporation;
- On January 8, 2015, the Ministry of Transport issued Decision No. 64/QD-BGTVT on approving the equitization of Saigon Railway Signal Information Company Limited;
- On December 9, 2015, the Company held an initial public share auction at Ho Chi Minh City Branch, Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company, No. 236-238 Nguyen Cong Tru, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City;
- Saigon Railway Signal Information Joint Stock Company officially came into operation as a Joint Stock Company on January 19, 2016 with a charter capital of: 30,741,000,000 VND.
