Establishment History
- In 1993, Truong Thanh Export Wood Processing Private Enterprise was established in Dak Lak, now transformed into Truong Thanh Joint Stock Company, referred to as TTDL 1.
- In 2000, Truong Thanh Wood Industry Co., Ltd. was established in Binh Chuan, Thuan An, Binh Duong province. In 2003, it was transformed into Truong Thanh Wood Industry Joint Stock Company, and in November 2007, it was transformed into Truong Thanh Wood Industry Group Joint Stock Company, abbreviated as TTBD 1
- In 2002, Truong Thanh Wood Industry Co., Ltd. was established in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City, referred to as TTTD.
- In 2005, Truong Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company was established in DakLak, referred to as TTDL 2
- In 2006, Truong Thanh EaH'Leo Industrial Cluster Management Joint Stock Company was established in DakLak, called TTDL 3.
- In 2006, Truong Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company was established in Binh Duong, referred to as TTBD 2. However, due to lack of investment capital, according to the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders on February 7, 2007, this company will be built from May 5, 2007. 2007 with a total initial investment of about 320 billion VND.
- In 2007, Truong Thanh TNXP Joint Stock Company was established in Phu Yen, referred to as TTPY.
- In 2007, Truong Thanh Forest Plantation Joint Stock Company was established in Dak Lak, referred to as TTDL4.
