Establishment History:
- The predecessor of Thanh Tri Garment Joint Stock Company was Thanh Tri Garment Export Enterprise, established in December 1992, officially put into operation in May 1993.
- According to Decision No. 2032/QD-UB dated June 13, 1996 of the People's Committee of Hanoi, Thanh Tri Export Garment Enterprise was officially established.
- On April 18, 2008, Thanh Tri Garment Joint Stock Company was established on the basis of equitizing Thanh Tri Export Garment Enterprise according to Decision No. 1397/QD-UBND of Hanoi People's Committee.
- According to Official Dispatch No. 38/TB-SGDHN dated January 19, 2010, Thanh Tri Garment Joint Stock Company has been accepted to register to trade shares of Thanh Tri Garment Joint Stock Company at Ha Stock Exchange Noi.
