Timeline of Establishment & Development
- Tien Thanh Trading and Services Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Tien Thanh Company Limited, was established in 1994, manufacturing handicrafts.
- On December 12, 1994, the Company was awarded the decision by the Hanoi Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to be a production and business establishment that uses disabled people.
- On November 4, 2013, Tien Thanh Co., Ltd. transformed into Tien Thanh Trading and Services Joint Stock Company, and was granted Business Registration Certificate No. 0100596523 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City with a charter capital of 8 (eight) billion VND. In addition to maintaining the production of handicrafts for disabled workers, Tien Thanh also expands its high-end fashion business and real estate investment business.
- After 14 years of operation as a joint stock company, the company's charter capital has grown from 8 (eight) billion VND to nearly 130 (one hundred and thirty) billion VND, and operational efficiency has been improved over the years.
- During its operation, according to the direction of the Company's Board of Directors, Tien Thanh Trading and Services Joint Stock Company always does a good job of employing people with disabilities.
- On March 31, 2016, Tien Thanh became a public company.
- On October 26, 2016, 10,000,000 shares of Tien Thanh Trading and Services Joint Stock Company were listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
- On January 9, 2017, the Company completed issuing 2,999,998 shares to pay dividends, increasing charter capital to 12,999,980,000 VND.
