Thai Trung Steel Rolling Joint Stock Company was formed on the basis of Official Dispatch No. 292/VNS dated March 12, 2008 of Vietnam Steel Corporation on investment policy to build a steel rolling factory with a capacity of 500,000 tons/year in the form of a Joint Stock Company;
On August 27, 2008, the Company successfully organized the General Meeting of Shareholders to establish Thai Trung Steel Rolling Joint Stock Company;
On August 29, 2008, the Company was granted a Business Registration Certificate with a registered charter capital of 750 billion VND, the Company officially operated as a joint stock company;
On November 19, 2008, the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province granted Investment Certificate No. 17121000096 with a total investment capital of 1,498 billion VND;
On July 19, 2009, the Company held a Groundbreaking Ceremony for Factory Construction;
On May 31, 2012, Thai Trung Steel Rolling Joint Stock Company completed the final payment for the shares registered to buy when establishing the company with a total number of distributed shares of 33,790,591 shares issued at a selling price equal to the par value of 10,000 VND/share;
On February 2, 2015, the Company was approved by the State Securities Commission for its Public Company profile;
On October 13, 2015, Thai Trung Steel Rolling Joint Stock Company was granted a Depository Registration Certificate by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with a total number of registered securities of 50,800,000 shares, par value of 10,000 VND/share and stock code of TTR.
