- Tien Trung Construction Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Tien Trung Company Limited, was established and came into operation in April 2003
- The company changed to a Joint Stock Company model according to the 3rd change of Business Registration License dated December 17, 2010, the initial charter capital of the Joint Stock Company was 15 billion VND. - On July 2, 2011, the Company became a public company according to Decision No. 232/UBCK - QLPH of the State Securities Commission.
