Establishment History:
- Electrical Construction Consulting Company 1 was established on July 1, 1982 according to Decree No. 78/HDBT dated April 27, 1982 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) on the establishment of the Electrical Design Survey Company (the Company's predecessor) directly under the Ministry of Electricity on the basis of merging the Institute of Electrical Design with the Geology and Survey Company.
- On March 12, 1987, after separating a part of the Company in Ho Chi Minh City to establish Electrical Design and Survey Company 2, the Ministry of Energy issued Decision No. 36/NLTCCB naming the Electrical Design and Survey Company (established under Decree 78 of the above-mentioned Council) as Surveying and Design Company. electrical design supervision 1.
- In 1999, the Minister of Industry issued Decision No. 01/1999/QĐBCN dated January 11, 1999 to change the name of Electrical Design Survey Company 1 to Electrical Construction Consulting Company 1. On December 28, 2006, the Ministry of Industry issued Decision No. 3907/QĐBCN approving the plan and converting Power Construction Consulting Company 1 into Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 1.
- On January 2, 2008, based on Business License No. 0103021734 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, Power Construction Consulting Company 1 officially transformed into Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 1.
- According to the Resolution of the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 29, 2010. The Company issued an increase in charter capital from 100 billion VND to 174 billion VND in 2010, with an additional issued capital of 74 billion (calculated at par value) to invest in the Song Bung 5 Hydroelectric Project. Currently, the State Securities Commission has allowed the Company to issue and offer for sale 7,400,000 shares, with a total value calculated at par value. 74,000,000,000 VND
