Establishment History:
- Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 4, formerly known as the Southern Power Planning and Design Division under the Ministry of Electricity, was established on July 14, 1976.In 1982, the Southern Power Planning and Design Sub-Institute changed its name to Nha Trang Electrical Design Sub-Institute.
- >On June 3, 1999, based on the proposal of the Vietnam Electricity Corporation (now Vietnam Electricity Group) with the approval of the Government, the Ministry of Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) issued Decision No. 33/1999/QD-BCN converting Nha Trang Design Institute into Power Construction Consulting Company 4, an independent accounting enterprise under Vietnam Electricity Group.
- On August 1, 2007, the Company officially transformed into a joint stock company.
- On July 22, 2008, the Company's shares were officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
- In 2011, the Company was honored to receive the Second Class Independence Medal.
- In 2015, the Company was one of 30 businesses listed transparently on the HNX.

- Consulting on the design of power sources, power grids, lighting, new and renewable energy forms; irrigation project design. Prepare electricity development planning for territories, electricity development planning for provinces, cities, districts; planning for the development of new and renewable energy sources. Topographic survey, engineering geology, hydrogeology, technical geology. Surveying, measuring, observing meteorology, hydrology and engineering. Foundation reinforcement treatment, including: measuring and drawing construction geological maps, hydrogeology, exploratory drilling, geophysics, construction materials survey, and injection drilling.
