Công ty Cổ phần Khảo sát và Xây dựng - USCo (converted from State-owned Surveying and Construction Company Limited) />
- The Company's predecessor was the Institute of Geological Survey under the Ministry of Architecture (now the Ministry of Construction) established on October 6, 1960 according to Decision No. 746/BKT dated October 6, 1960 of the Ministry of Architecture.

- From May 30, 1975: converted from the Institute of Surveying and Surveying to the Surveying and Surveying Company under the Ministry of Construction according to Decision No. 292/BXD dated May 30, 1975 of the Ministry of Construction.

- From August 1976: Survey and Survey Company split into 2 companies: Construction Materials Survey Company and Survey Survey Company.

- From July 7, 1978: Established the Union of Construction Survey Enterprises on the basis of merging two companies (Construction Materials Survey and Survey Survey) according to Decision No. 1187/BXDTCCB dated July 7, 1978 of the Ministry of Construction. The English name is Union of Survey Construction Companies, abbreviated name is USCo.

- From March 19, 1997: Converted from Survey and Measurement Consulting Company to Survey and Construction Company - USCo according to Decision No. 166/BXD-TCLD dated March 19, 1997 of the Ministry of Construction.

- From May 11, 2004: converted from Survey and Construction Company - USCo to Survey and Construction Company Limited - USCo according to Decision No. 11/QD-BXD dated May 11, 2004 of the Ministry of Construction.

- From October 4, 2004: revised the full name of Survey and Construction One Member LLC to Survey and Construction State One Member LLC - USCo according to Decision No. 1546/QD-BXD dated October 4, 2004 of the Ministry of Construction build.

- From July 21, 2006: Converted from State Survey and Construction Company Limited under the Ministry of Construction to under Vietnam Construction Consulting Corporation, Ministry of Construction according to Decision No. 1061/QD-BXD dated July 21, 2006 of the Ministry of Construction build.

- On September 26, 2014, the Minister of Construction signed Decision No. 1190/QD-BXD approving the Equitization Plan for State Survey and Construction Company Limited. Currently, the Company has been implementing equitization work in accordance with the processes and regulations of the law.

- On December 10, 2014, at the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the Company organized the first public auction of Shares.
