Establishment History:
- Construction Joint Stock Company No. 11, formerly Hai Hung Precast Concrete Enterprise, was established under Decision No. 23 QD/UB dated January 25, 1973 of Hai Hung Provincial People's Committee. The main task at that time was to specialize in producing precast concrete structures to serve agricultural irrigation in Hai Hung province with a scale of 10,000 m3/year. In December 1984, Precast Concrete Factory was renamed Hai Hung Precast Concrete Factory. In October 1992, Hai Hung Precast Concrete Factory was renamed Hai Hung Concrete Factory with the strategic orientation in the following years to produce construction materials and joint ventures to open more construction industries. On March 12, 1996, the People's Committee of Hai Hung province issued decision No. 616 QD-UB to change the name of Hai Hung Concrete Factory to Hai Hung Concrete and Construction Company.
- On October 23, 1996, the Minister of Construction issued Decision No. 925/QD-BXD to receive Hai Hung Concrete and Construction Company under Hai Hung Provincial People's Committee as a member enterprise of Vietnam Construction Import-Export Corporation - Vinaconex and changed the business name to Construction and Construction Materials Production Company No. 11 - VINACONEX - 11.
- Implementing Document No. 682/BXD - TCLD dated May 9, 2002 of the Ministry of Construction announcing the lists of state-owned enterprises under the Ministry of Construction undergoing ownership conversion in the second phase of 2002, Construction and Construction Materials Production Company No. 11 has gradually implemented the equitization work. By December 24, 2002, Construction and Construction Materials Production Company No. 11 had its enterprise value approved by the Ministry of Construction and in March 2003, its equitization plan was approved.
- On April 10 and 11, 2003, the Company held a General Meeting of Shareholders to establish and transform the Construction and Construction Materials Production Company No. 11 under Vietnam Construction Import-Export Corporation into Construction Joint Stock Company No. 11 - VINACONEX 11. With the main production and business activities such as construction and installation, material production... now being expanded to many other business fields, synthesizing multi-industry and diversity. productization.
- The company's initial charter capital is 5.1 billion VND. Through 4 capital increases, on March 28, 2007, the company's charter capital was increased to 50 billion VND. On December 1, 2008, Hanoi Stock Exchange Center issued a decision approving the listing of shares of Construction Joint Stock Company No. 11, the number of listed securities is 5 million shares, the official trading date is December 15, 2008.
- On April 25, 2008, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved the plan to establish a parent company - a subsidiary
- On April 21, 2009, Vinaconex 11.1 Construction Joint Stock Company was established. Official operation from May 1, 2009.
- On January 16, 2013, the Company's shares were officially traded on the UPCOM market at the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
