Establishment History:
- Construction Joint Stock Company No. 12's predecessor was Mechanical and Construction Company No. 12, established under Decision No. 1044/BXD-TCLD dated December 3, 1996 of the Minister of Construction.
- Mechanical and Construction Company No. 12 was established on the basis of Soc Son Agricultural Equipment Mechanical Enterprise and a division of Construction Company No. 4, Construction Company No. 5 and Construction Company No. 18 merged. The Company's headquarters is located in Phu Minh - Soc Son - Hanoi;
- October 11, 2000: The Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 1429/QD-BXD on changing the name of Mechanical and Construction Company No. 12 to Construction Company No. 12 and moving the Company's headquarters from Phu Minh - Soc Son
- Hanoi to new address at House H10 - Thanh Xuan Nam ward - Thanh Xuan district - Hanoi
- March 31, 2003: The company officially operated in the form of a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 358/QD-BXD of the Ministry of Construction
- November 1, 2005: The company was ranked as a Class I Enterprise according to Decision No. 1938 QD/VC-TCLD dated October 31, 2005 of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Corporation - VINACONEX
- Since January 1, 2007: The Company's headquarters has been moved to a new workplace at Address: 10th Floor, CT1-2 Building, Me Tri Ha Urban Area, Tu Liem, Hanoi
- On November 5, 2009, the Hanoi Stock Exchange approved the listing of shares of Construction Joint Stock Company No. 12 in decision No. 731/QD-SGDHN
- January 5, 2010 The Company's shares were officially traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
