- It can be said that the period 1976-1985 was an extremely difficult period. The world is in an oil crisis, the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries are in an economic crisis, and the United States and Western countries are implementing an embargo policy against our country. Therefore, external sources of support are limited and raw materials are not enough for industrial and agricultural production. For the Company, there was a serious shortage of coke coal, production stagnated, even in 1979 it only produced 7,600 tons, in 1980 it reached 11,100 tons while in 1976 it reached 27,600 tons. Therefore, the 5-year plan for 1976-1980 was not completed.
- Since 1990, the State officially ended the old planning mechanism, switched to oriented planning, and businesses switched to operating according to the market mechanism. The company continues to develop at a high speed, the Company's products from 02 types have dozens of types and are widely sold nationwide and exported abroad, the lives of employees are increasingly improved. If in 1990, the Company could only produce 38,400 tons of products, by 2010 it had produced 311,260 tons of all kinds of floor products, the income of employees reached 6 million VND/month. The company is always the leading flag in Vietnam's Chemical industry.
- Year 1963 - 2009: Was a state-owned enterprise under the Vietnam Chemical Group. Van Dien Fused Phosphate Joint Stock Company was established and operated since December 29, 2009 on the basis of equitization of Van Dien Fused Phosphate Fertilizer Company.
