- On February 7, 2006, the Company was officially converted into Binh Hoa Electronics Joint Stock Company according to the joint stock company business registration certificate number: 4103004312 issued by the Business Registration Office - Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City.
- According to Decision No. 88/QD-TTGDHN signed on December 19, 2006 of the Director of Hanoi Stock Exchange Center on approving the stock trading registration of Electricity Joint Stock Company Tu Binh Hoa – stock code: VBH at Hanoi Stock Exchange Center since December 19, 2006.
- On December 28, 2003, the Minister of Industry signed Decision No. 224/2003/QD-BCN on converting Binh Hoa Electronics Company into Binh Hoa Electronics One Member Company Limited Tie.
Date February 26, 2004 The company was officially converted into Binh Hoa Electronics One Member LLC according to the One Member LLC business registration certificate number:4104000083by Business Registration Office - City Department of Planning and Investment. Issued by Ho Chi Minh City.
On February 7, 2006, the Company was officially transformed into a Company Binh Hoa Electronics Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0303207317 issued by the Business Registration Office - Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City. Issued by Ho Chi Minh City (Registration of 4th change on June 28, 2013).
On August 8, 2005, the Minister of Industry signed Decision No. 2554/QD-TCCB on approving the plan and converting BinhHoa Electronics One Member Company Limited into Binh Hoa Electronics Joint Stock Company.
