Establishment History:
- Vinaconex 25 Joint Stock Company was established in 1984, with the name Construction Company No. 3, directly under the former People's Committee of Quang Nam - Da Nang province.
- In 2002, implementing the Politburo's Directive on restructuring and innovating businesses, Construction Company No. 3 was accepted as a member enterprise of Vietnam Construction Import-Export Corporation (Vinaconex) according to Decision No. 1584/QD-BXD dated November 21, 2002 of the Ministry of Construction and changed its name to Construction Company. - Vinaconex 25 Construction Company officially switched to operating in the form of a joint stock company according to Decision No. 1786/QD-BXD dated November 17, 2004 of the Minister of Construction.
