Establishment History:
- In 1988: Established the Overseas Construction and Services Company to manage Vietnamese construction industry officials and workers working abroad.
- In 1991: Transformed the Company model into Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (VINACONEX) operating in the field of construction and labor export.
- In 1995: Restructured according to the Government's Corporation 90 model, multi-venture activities in the fields of construction; labor export; invest; import and export of machinery, equipment, materials, ...
- In 2006: Officially switched to operating in the form of a Joint Stock Corporation, organized according to the Parent Company - Subsidiary Company model, with multi-venture activities in the fields of construction, real estate business and investment.
- In 2008: Shares of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation VINACONEX (stock code: VCG) were officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. Hanoi (HNX).
- 2018: The State completed the complete divestment at the Corporation. VINACONEX officially operates as a public joint stock company without state capital.
- December 29, 2020: shares of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation officially changed listing at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. Ho Chi Minh (HOSE).
