Establishment History:
- Vinaconex – ITC was formerly the Cai Gia - Cat Ba Project Management Board of Vietnam Construction & Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (VINACONEX).
- On March 7, 2008, the project management board transformed into a joint stock company. VINACONEX– ITC was established by 3 founding shareholders: Vietnam Import-Export & Construction Joint Stock Corporation, Vietnam Export-Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (EximBank), Vietnam State Bank Securities & Rural Development Joint Stock Company.
- In February 2009, the real estate trading floor of VINACONEX - ITC Company (VITR) was established
- In May 2009, VITR officially became a member of the network of real estate trading floors in Northern Vietnam. In August 2009, the Company joined the Vietnam Tourism Real Estate Association, opening up many opportunities to approach potential domestic and foreign investors;
- In January 2010, Holiday View Hotel (3* standard hotel in Cat Ba town - Hai Phong) officially merged into the Company. This event marks the official entry of VINACONEX - ITC into the market of providing and serving tourism services to end users.
- In May 2010, VINACONEX - ITC shares (code VCR) were officially listed on Hanoi stock exchange with a charter capital of 300 billion VND.
- In December 2010, VINACONEX - ITC Company successfully increased the Company's charter capital from 300 billion to 360 billion Dong and became one of the member units with the largest charter capital in VINACONEX Joint Stock Corporation.
