Establishment History:

On December 19, 2002, VINACONEX Premium Tile Stone Factory - the predecessor of VINACONEX Premium Tile Stone Joint Stock Company was established under Decision No. 1719QD/VC - TCLD of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Construction Import-Export Corporation to implement project investment: high-quality artificial paving stone production line using organic adhesives (Bretonstone) and high-quality artificial paving stone production line using cement adhesives (Terastone).
On June 2, 2005, the Company officially went into operation in the form of a joint stock company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0303000293 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Tay province, registered charter capital of 30,000,000,000 VND, of which VINACONEX Corporation holds 60%.
On March 14, 2007, the 2007 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company decided to increase charter capital from 30,000,000,000 VND to 100,000,000,000 VND, of which the largest shareholder is VINACONEX Corporation. 51%.
December 5, 2007: Listed VICOSTONE shares at the Hanoi Securities Trading Center (HASTC), now the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX). VICOSTONE officially opened its first trading session on December 17, 2007.
July 2008: Officially switched to operating under the parent-company model subsidiary.
December 19, 2002: Establishment of VINACONEX Premium Tile Stone Factory, predecessor of Vinaconex Premium Tile Stone Joint Stock Company;
2013: Changed name to VICOSTONE JSC
August 13, 2014: Implemented restructuring; Becoming a subsidiary of A&A Green Phoenix Joint Stock Company (Phenikaa).
2015: awarded the excellent emulation flag in the Construction industry in the period 2010-2015; Complete the construction of support infrastructure and implement risk management; Integrate risk management into all operational processes.
