Established history:
- Formerly known as Lam Dong Food Company, it was established on the basis of merging two units: Da Lat Wine Factory and Da Lat Food Factory according to Decision 288/QD/UB/TC dated June 8, 1990 of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.
- In 1992, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 985/QD-UB to establish the state-owned enterprise Lam Dong Food Company.
- March 26, 2003, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 179/QD-UB on converting the state-owned enterprise Lam Dong Food Company into a joint stock company.
- April 1, 2004: Lam Dong Food Joint Stock Company officially went into production and business operations according to the Enterprise Law and the Company's Charter.

Capital raising process:
- The first time in December 2009: The company issued shares to increase charter capital from 12,000,000,000 VND to 21,529,400,000 VND
- The second time in January 2011: The Company paid bonus shares and stock dividends to increase the Company's charter capital to 31,288,400,000 VND
- The third time in January 2013: The Company paid 82% bonus shares and 18% stock dividends, raising the Company's charter capital to 62,574,610,000 VND.
- For the fourth time in July 2014, the Company paid stock dividends (ratio 25%) and issued bonus shares (ratio 2.1:1) to increase charter capital to 108,013,390,000 VND.
- The 5th time in July 2015: The company paid 2014 dividends in shares (ratio 15%), the total number of shares after issuance was 12,421,418 shares.
- Processing all kinds of wine, exporting cashew nuts and all kinds of agricultural products.
- Direct export and import of specialized machinery and equipment used for food processing and enterprise products.
