Establishment History:
- VNECO3 Construction Joint Stock Company was established in 1988, formerly Vinh Centrifugal Concrete and Electrical Construction Enterprise under Electrical Construction Company 3.
- On July 11, 2003, Vinh Centrifugal Concrete and Electrical Construction Enterprise was converted into Electrical Construction Joint Stock Company 3.3 according to Decision No. 122/2003/QD-BCN of the Ministry of Industry. The company is an independent accounting unit, with controlling shares held by Electrical Construction Company 3.
- In December 2005, Electricity Construction Company 3 was equitized and renamed Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation (VNECO), at the same time, Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company 3.3 was renamed VNECO Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company 3.
- Since equitization, the Company has increased its charter capital 3 times from 6,087,100,000 VND to 13,197,100,000 VND on February 16, 2008.
