Foundation history:
- VNECO 9 Electrical Construction Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Electrical Construction Team 3, was established under Decision No. 118 DVN/XLD3-TCCB-LD dated October 25, 1995 of the Director of Electrical Construction Company 3 (now Vietnam Electrical Construction Joint Stock Corporation).
- On May 18, 1999, Vietnam Industrial Construction Joint Stock Corporation issued Decision No. 15/QD-HĐQT on the establishment of Nha Trang Electrical Construction Enterprise under Electrical Construction Company 3 on the basis of reorganizing Electrical Construction Team 3.
- On May 10, 2003, the General Director of Electrical Construction Company 3 issued Decision No. 2418 QD/XLD-TH on the establishment of Electrical Construction Company 3.9 on the basis of reorganizing Nha Trang Electrical Construction Enterprise.
- On December 6, 2004, the Ministry of Industry issued Decision No. 160/2004/QD-BCN on converting 3.9 Electrical Construction Company into 3.9 Electrical Construction Joint Stock Company.
- On February 9, 2006, 3.9 Electrical Construction Joint Stock Company was renamed VNECO 9 Electrical Construction Joint Stock Company
- On November 20, 2007, the Company successfully issued shares of the Company according to Decision No. 207/UBCK-GCN of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, raising the Company's charter capital to 31 billion VND.
- On January 11, 2008, the Company's shares were listed at the Hanoi Stock Exchange according to the Stock Listing Registration Certificate No. 06/GCN-TTGDCKHN.
- On January 23, 2008, the Company's shares with stock code VE9 were officially traded on the stock exchange of Hanoi Stock Exchange Center.
- On April 28, 2009, the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders decided to issue 248,937 additional shares to pay dividends and pay bonus shares to existing shareholders, increasing the Company's charter capital to 33,489,370,000 VND.
- On January 7, 2010, Hanoi Stock Exchange approved the Company's additional listing 24 8,937 shares issued to pay dividends and bonus shares.
- On January 29, 2010, 248,937 additional shares mentioned above were officially traded on Ha Stock Exchange Inner.
- On April 28, 2010, the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders decided to issue an additional 502,214 shares If dividends are paid in 2009 and issue 3,348,937 shares to existing shareholders at a ratio of 1/1 ng to increase the Company's charter capital to 72,000,880,000 VND.
- On September 15, 2010, Hanoi Stock Exchange approved the Company's additional listing 3.8 51,151 shares issued to pay dividends and issued to existing shareholders at a ratio of 1/1.
- On September 23, 2010, 3,851,151 additional shares were officially traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange i.
- April 26, 2011 The 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders decided to change the Company's name VNECO 9 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company became VNECO 9 Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company.
- On March 31, 2014, the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders decided to issue 647,841 additional shares If dividends are paid in 2013, the Company's charter capital will be increased to 78,479,290,000 VND.
- On January 22, 2015, Hanoi Stock Exchange approved the Company's additional 64 listing 7,841 shares issued to pay dividends in 2013.
- On February 13, 2015, 647,841 additional shares were officially traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange .
- On March 29, 2015, the company's General Meeting of Shareholders decided to issue additional shares at a ratio of 1:2 to increase charter capital according to the content of the reports of the Board of Directors.
- On October 28, 2015, 3,748,236 successfully issued shares were deposited and traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange, raising the Company's charter capital to 115,961,650,000 copper.
