Establishment History:

MEMA VNECO Electricity Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company was established on the basis of an establishment contract between three parties: Electricity Construction Company 3 (Now Vietnam Electricity Construction and Investment Joint Stock Corporation), SANNAM Company Limited and Mr. Vu Van Dien. Issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City with Joint Stock Company Business Registration Certificate No.: 4103002120 dated February 26, 2004 - Name: Electricity Joint Stock Company 3 - charter capital: 10,000,000,000 VND.
In April 2006, due to expanding production scale and adding business lines, the company was renamed MECO VNECO Steel Structure and Galvanizing Joint Stock Company.
In June 2007, the name was changed to MECA VNECO Electricity Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company.
The company's shares were officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange from April 2, 2010; Approved for stock trading registration of Hanoi Stock Exchange on February 5, 2015.
