Establishment History:
- Vinafco Joint Stock Company, formerly the Central Transportation Services Company, was established in 1987. In 2001, the company transformed into a joint stock company with a charter capital of 7.23 billion VND. On January 1, 2006, Vinafco Joint Stock Company transformed its organizational model into a Corporation, the company established 5 independent member units and joint venture units, contributing capital shares. After 5 years of equitization, the company has continuously increased its charter capital and expanded production and business activities with a current charter capital of 55.7 billion VND. In March 2006, the company issued shares worth 3.8 billion VND for the first time to the public. In July 2006, the company was listed on the stock market
- The company started listing with the code VFC on July 24, 2006 on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange.
- The Year 2008 marked the development by successfully issuing shares, increasing charter capital from 67 billion VND to 200 billion VND and in October 2011, Vinafco increased its charter capital from 200 billion VND to 340 billion VND.
