Timeline of Establishment & Development

Formerly known as Construction Porcelain Tiles and Tiles Company , founded in 1974.
September 7, 1979: The company transformed into the Union of Tile and Construction Porcelain Enterprises according to Decision No. 308/CP of the Government
December 24, 1992: The Union of Construction Tile and Porcelain Enterprises was renamed as the Union of Construction Glass and Ceramics Enterprises
According to Decision No. 442/BXD-TCLĐ dated September 30, 1993, the Union of Construction Glass and Ceramics Enterprises was renamed as Construction Glass and Ceramics Corporation
November 20, 1995: The Ministry of Construction decided to establish the Construction Glass and Ceramics Corporation
March 2006: The Corporation switched to operating under the Parent Company - Subsidiary Company model
June 30, 2010: Housing and Urban Development Group issued Decision No. 153/HUD – HDTV on converting the Parent Company - Construction Glass and Ceramic Corporation into a one-member LLC and changing its name to Corporation Viglacera.
On December 2, 2013, the Prime Minister approved the Equitization Plan and transformed Viglacera Corporation into a joint stock company in Decision 2343/QD-TTg
February 20, 2014: Viglacera Corporation conducted the initial public offering of shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange
October 1, 2015: TCT was approved to register to trade on UPCoM with the stock code VGC
October 15, 2015: VGC's first trading day on UPCoM with a closing price of 10,200 VND.
