Timeline of Establishment & Development
- On June 30, 1995, the Company was established with the name Vingal Industrial Plating Products Manufacturing Company under Investment License No. 1295/GP dated June 30, 1995 issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, including two parties: The Vietnamese side is Southern Steel Company. (SSC) (Headquarters: 56 Thu Khoa Huan, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) and the Foreign Party is Delta Group Australia Pty Ltd (Headquarters: 568 St. Kilda Road, Melbourne, 3004, Victoria Australia). Of which, Southern Steel Company contributes 35% of legal capital and Delta Group Australia Pty Ltd Company contributes 65% of legal capital.
- After 2 years of establishment, Delta Group Australia Pty Ltd transferred 10% of its legal capital to a third party, Viet Steel Trading Company Limited (Headquarters: 42 Lu Gia, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City). The capital contribution structure to Vingal Industrial Plating Products Manufacturing Company includes: Southern Steel Company contributes 35% of legal capital, Delta Group Australia Pty Ltd Company contributes 55% of legal capital and Viet Steel Trading Company Limited accounts for 10% of legal capital.
- On July 31, 2001, Delta Group Australia Pty Ltd transferred its entire capital contribution to Delta Electrical And Engineering Holding B.V.
- On January 30, 2008, Vietnam Steel Corporation acquired the entire capital contribution of Delta Electrical And Engineering Holding B.V and converted Vingal from a Joint Venture Company to a two-member LLC with 100% domestic capital, in which Vietnam Steel Corporation holds 90% of charter capital and Vietnam Steel Trading Company Limited accounts for 10% of charter capital.
- On November 25, 2010, Vietnam Steel Corporation - Joint Stock Company changed its name to Vingal Industrial Plating Products Manufacturing Joint Stock Company.
- On January 16, 2012, the Company successfully organized the initial public offering auction at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, with the number of shares offered for auction being 3,636,810 shares, the average successful auction price being 10,050 VND/share. section.
- March 20, 2012 The Company successfully organized the General Meeting of Shareholders to establish a Joint Stock Company.
- On August 1, 2012, the Company changed its name to Vingal Industrial Plating Products Manufacturing Joint Stock Company, charter capital of 93,251,550,000 VND, equivalent to 9,325,155 shares.
- On August 13, 2013, the company was approved by the State Securities Commission for its public company profile.
- On April 21, 2016, the Company was granted securities registration certificate No. 31/2016/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with a total number of securities registered for trading of 9,325,155 shares.
- On April 28, 2016, the Company officially changed its name to Vingal Industrial Galvanizing Joint Stock Company - Vnsteel with business code 3600239028 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province for the first time on June 30, 1995 and registered for the second time on June 30, 1995. April 28, 2016.
- On August 15, 2016, first transaction on UPCoM with reference price of 12,600 VND/share.
