Formation history:
- Vinh Ha Food Processing and Construction Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Food and Transportation Business Company, directly under Central Food Corporation 1. The company was established on January 8, 1993.
- Food and Transportation Business Company was merged and added Food packaging and materials company; Food Construction Business Company and a number of units belonging to the Hanoi Union of Food Companies. On June 5, 2001, the Company changed its name to Vinh Ha Transportation - Construction and Food Processing Company.
- In 2006, Vinh Ha Transportation - Construction and Food Processing Company was equitized and renamed Vinh Ha Food Processing and Construction Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 43,000,000,000 VND.
- Year 2010: On May 7, 2010, shares of Vinh Ha Construction and Food Processing Joint Stock Company were officially traded on the UpCom market.
- In 2011, the Company increased its charter capital from 43,000,000,000 VND to 215,000,000,000 VND.
