VIWASEEN-Hue Investment & Construction Joint Stock Company (predecessor of Business Investment Joint Stock Company THANH DAT House) was formed on the basis of reorganization and capital restructuring of Song Da Real Estate Joint Stock Company (SDP). Since June 1, 2006, the Company went into operation with the brand VIWASEEN-HUE. After more than 8 years of operation, in early 2015 the Company restructured its shareholders and consolidated its personnel. Company leaders and the General Meeting of Shareholders of VIWASEEN-HUE Investment & Construction Joint Stock Company agreed to change the name of the business. Since February 9, 2015, the Company officially went into operation with the name n m under - Kin Investment Joint Stock Company h THANH DAT House Business.
- June 2006 Changed the Company's operating name to VIWASEEN-Hue Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.
- July 2007 Construction investment and basic completion of the entire technical infrastructure system of Kiem Hue Residential Area project - Xuan Phu Ward - Hue City with a scale of 6.7 hectares.
- November 2007 Implemented an increase in the Company's charter capital to 60,000,000,000 VND.
